We bought our civic in 2008 and have had nothing but excellent polite service and good customer service.
We are disappointed in the change that is now charging $100/yr to store snow/summer tires. :(

I brought my 2020 Honda Ridgeline in for routine maintenance and was greeted by Aaron who explained the cost and the work that would be done for the service.
John the service manager also contacted me for extra work that was needed and explained everything that was done for that service.
All the people I met that day were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I never hesitate bringing my vehicle in for service. I always have peace of mind that my vehicle has quality parts and a staff that knows my Honda Ridgeline.
This was one of the best experiences I have had with a service department. From booking the appointment, to dropping my truck off, shuttle bus service to work and back to the dealership, the service was flawless. I would like to take the time just like the one I waste at this dealer because we brought our car for maintenance and after we pick up the car my wife notice the center armrest leather was all ripple when we take really good care. Yes there was some shiny leather from wear but not ripple before we brought it in. They never wanted to replace it after discussing with 4 different persons. It also not our first time having issues here, they replace our shifter because button was broke and they try to sneak a cheap plastic shifter unstead of a leather on. Plus there was another time that injectors had to be replaced and they couldn't get the part before 3 to 4 weeks when I when to a different garage could get genuine part in less then a week and fix it. I really not recommended this dealer. Do not go there. I forgot to mention there diligence to detail and care for example when you bring your car in for maintenance they do a walk around for light, wiper and other stuff but they never notice my burned fog light when they were on, attention to details...hum.
Never had a bad experience with the service department at AutoHouse Honda. All employees I’ve met have been awesome, especially Anne Marie! My car just recently got a flat tire, was towed to Honda right at closing and they had it repaired by noon the next day.

AutoHouse Honda has exceeded our wants without cost compromise. They saved us labor where they could by accessing the same parts from the same path that was created for the farthest part needing to be replaced/repaired - as opposed to seperate labor costs by accessing those parts individually. In addition, photos are provided for each broken part and their replacement. I could go on-and-on. The bottom line, they offer competative labor rates with detail, explanation, factory parts and unsurpassed service. A special thank you to Anne Marie, John and Chuck who made our every experience with Parts/Service accommodating, informed, reasonable and professionalism that I know can't be beat.
If I could give this place a negative star I would. Where do I begin?
About two weeks ago my husband and I purchased a car at Auto house Honda and the whole experience was actually great! While we were in the process of purchasing the car I set up an appointment for our other vehicle as we were having problems with it. We took the car in and it needed a couple things done and I received a text saying my car was in job queue and a PROMISE OF COMPLETION by Wednesday at 5pm was stated in that text. The job was not done by Wednesday at 5 and we get it, stuff happens, parts come late or people get too busy…. We are very understanding people. So we arrive Thursday to pick up the vehicle and as soon as I step up to my car waiting in the parking lot I notice 3 major scratches on my car. My husband goes in to tell them this and they ask us to bring the car back into the garage. Inside, 2 employees come to take a look, one which stated they think that another customer might have done it picking up their car. They tell us they are going to get the owner to come talk to us and at this point we are upset but every calm about it all and just want to know what happened to our car.
Well the owner Dan Bouche comes out and barely looks at the damage before extremely rudely asking us “ you think we did this” and when I say rudely I mean I couldn’t believe he came out so confrontational like that! We tried to explain that these were not there when we dropped the car off on Monday. He wouldn’t even take the time at this point to even look at the more visible and deeper scratches at the front, he just starts yelling at us to get out in a tone that was very harsh. The whole situation went from 0- 60 in 5 seconds. This is where my husband and I got very upset!! My husband started recording the interaction because I mean the owner was acting crazy screaming at us to get out when all we wanted was to have a conversation with him, maybe even the mechanic. I left so upset because not only did we just spend 1000$ to get our car fixed we just bought a new car off their lot 2 weeks prior and this is how their customers get treated? The level of disrespect was none that I have ever encountered at a business!
I return home to text the mechanic that had been working on my car to tell him that we were so upset of the condition our car come back in…… he proceeded to tell me that they would was the car and buff out the scratches. He said that they noted 1 scratch on their intake papers so they weren’t from them (there was 3 scratches total) and informed me that the car had been washed on day 1 but not again after they worked on it on day 2…… so this just proved my point that these scratches had to have happened on the last day there as they were fresh scratches and the car was washed day 1. I also asked to see these intake papers and have since been ignored by the mechanic when I had my proof that the scratches had to have taken place after the car wash.
After all this I went through all the google reviews and wow…. I found a similar story to mine and just terrible reviews….. especially about the owner.
As I told the guy straight to his face that he is a horrible person and I may swear when I’m upset but I’m a respectable people and would never try to put blame on them for something they didn’t do.
And the funny thing is the mechanic offered to try to fix them right away over text so why didn’t the owner have the same kindness in helping out his loyal customers????
At this point I’ll pay to have the scratches fixed elsewhere as I will never leave my car in Auto House Hondas care again!
This owner likes to tell everyone on their bad reviews on here that there is two sides to every story and in this case Dan your side of the story is your an awful person who treats their customers like garbage! SHAME ON YOU !
Fantastic customer service for a faulty air conditioner compressor. Auto House Honda staff are very personable and really care about your experience. The shuttle there and back was great, the facility is clean and welcoming, the text messages and online payment was seamless and the warm cookie for the drive was a really nice touch.
I was having issues with my transmission after they installed a new torque converter under Honda warranty. I returned with the same symptoms as before they worked on it. They told me I needed an additional part that was going to cost me almost $450 plus a $150 diagnostic charge. I refused to pay the diagnostic charge and I declined to have them perform the work. I then said I would not pay the diagnostic charge then they refused to give me my car back. I ended up paying. I then took the car to mister transmission and they only problem was that the oil level was down 1 liter. I guess they don’t check for fluids while performing a diagnostic check. I would not advise anyone to trust this dealership. They only care about the money.
We bought our 2018 Accord after I had a pretty bad car accident, and the team at Honda has been nothing short of amazing since day one. With finding the best deal, understanding our needs, and keeping in mind we were in a stressful situation. Any time we’ve gone for an oil change, any work that needed to be done, and with our most recent visit, engine work, John and his team have more than exceeded our expectations.
I was leaking coolant into my cylinders, and my head gasket needed to be replaced. It was going to be a long process, and John kept me updated every day. He even checked into our extended warranty and found that we were covered for a rental, without us even remembering/knowing we had that option. He called Mac Holden and arranged everything for us, and even took the time to talk to me about what was happening with my car when I popped in to ask questions.
John, Aaron, and the whole team at Honda have been amazing since day one, and I highly recommend them to any of my friends and family that have been thinking about buying a new vehicle. I will be a life-long customer as long as these guys are working!
I've decided to no longer do business with you. Every time I go in for a simple oil change your staff always tries to find new things to waste my money on. Also you told me I needed 4 new tires even though 1 was only a few months old. Then you rotated my tires by going side to side not front to back so my more worn out tires are still on the front. That could be dangerous. So you will never see one more penny of my money. I also want to add now that the service manager told me I needed 4 new tires. I then said he was wrong as 1 tire is only a few months old. Then I get a text saying I only needed 3. My biggest complaint is and everyone else has likely to agree that every time you go in for an oil change you always find something else that needs to be fixed. So are Hondas really just big piles crap that need to be repaired every 4 months with your oil change or are you working on commission and are just trying to get extra money.
The service I receive at this dealership has been consistently excellent. I am welcomed by name, given clear directions, and John does his best to explain to me in terms that I understand (I am not fluent in automotivese) what the problem is with my car and what repairs need to be done. He has demonstrated the problem(s) by providing the car part for examination and by showing me a video taken during testing. Besides technical expertise, some of John’s other admirable qualites are that he is personable, professional, reliable, warm, sincere, and patient. I never feel rushed. I am also often in contact with Aaron who is also knowledgeable, warmly, communicative, efficient, understanding and who intervenes as necessary to explain and or solve problems. I cannot not mention, Ann Marie who seems to be a confident, knowledgable and capable employee with a wonderful sense of humour. I am always made to feel that I am an important and valued customer as I’m sure each customer is.

I am located in Wallaceburg, so Chatham Honda is closer to me, however, the parts department is slightly cheaper here, and I've had better experiences with the Sarnia service department. I'll be taking the extra 15 minutes to drive to this one from now on.
Helped me patiently to identify issue with my car. Sent me pictures of issues, given me genuine opinions and was so helpful. They dont charge you by doing unnecessary works, they give you pictures and proper assistance in solving issue. The customer service from Brandon was outstanding. Such a nice and patient gentleman. My car was having some serious problems with the engine , got it towed straight to honda . Within the hour I had updates on my vehicle and by the end of the day they had already fixed my 2017 honda civic . Great customer service and just nice people to deal with in general !
Just purchased a vehicle here, my wife and I both were very impressed with the customer service. We dealt with Brad and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy whatsoever. In our experience we found other local dealerships were almost annoyed by any questions or concerns and we felt as if we were bothering the associates and didn't feel welcome at alot of the other dealerships. Brad took time to welcome us before the dealership was even open but again was not pushy at all. Curt went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and seamless for us, again outstanding customer service all around 👏 We were offered to sit in the waiting lounge instead of on the sales floor (no other dealership offered this to us) which is comfortable, you have a view of the shop so you can see your vehicle being serviced (clearly nothing to hide in the shop with literal transparency) and there are lots of beverages to choose from. We understand that we didn't go to hang out in the lounge and make friends but you get a real good feel of what your future experiences will be like by seeing how much care and effort they put in, and everyone we dealt with at Auto House Honda treated us very well and went out of their way for us. Overall this was our best experience at a dealership hands down. Thank you again to everyone who helped us and we look forward to buying another car here in the future.
I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle here, but the sales staff were amazingly helpful and it was just timing. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future when I plan to replace my SUV.
Autohouse Honda has been servicing my 2018 Accord since I bought it and I have never had anything less than fantastic service. I have always found the prices reasonable and the quality of the work has never been in doubt.
I had my car in today getting it ready for winter and some shiny new rear brakes, dropped it off last night in the night drop and they were all done by 11. Fantastic service from the service adviser John as well!
